Terms of Service

Chautari Connect is a unified inbox and business management platform: messaging, leads, ads, commerce, and bookings across the channels you connect, with an AI assistant that drafts email replies and surfaces recommendations.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose channels you connect.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe.
• Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page, and may change with notice.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Features that touch Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Meta Ads, Stripe, or Google Calendar depend on those platforms' own APIs and policies. You agree to comply with each connected platform's terms of service in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or feature removals on any third-party platform outside our control.

You agree not to use Chautari Connect to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates a connected platform's messaging policies.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written consent.

AI drafts are suggestions based on your catalog, services, and past replies. You're responsible for reviewing auto-send rules and any message sent on your behalf, whether reviewed by a human or sent automatically under settings you've enabled.

Our collection, use, security, and deletion of your data, including data from connected platforms, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

We own Chautari Connect's software, branding, and design. You own your business data, catalog, and content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse a connected platform, or pose a security risk.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Chautari Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outages, data loss, or issues arising from a connected third-party platform.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify account owners of material changes by email.
